After 6 days of on-off work, just made some final touches, I have the spring installed!! The product comes with a simple wrench, a glove, a pair of winding bars, and a very brief instruction. However, it does not include the Center Plastic Bushing, which I believe is necessary and I just used the one from my old spring. The L-R marks are misleading because it depends on which way you face the door. The right-hand-index-thumb rule is correct I gave 5 stars because of the value of the product. Recommend doing sufficient homework before starting to install, as it could be extremely dangerous due to high spring power if not careful. Due to the missing bushing, I had to put it on and take it off 4 times and ended up breaking one major screw and my ratcheting handle. Spent $16 to buy another ratcheting handle to finish the installation. With all of that, I'm still happy with the product because it runs much smoother and quieter than the old springs.
