What is the minimum thickness? I am looking to get down to 1mm thickness.
If the dough is very soft, apply oil before pressing, and theoretically about 1 mm can be achieved.

I have a pizza oven for medium sized pizzas but am not sure if your dough press makes a big enough pizza for that? Also can that size to be adjusted if needed or only the height? (just double checking!) kind regards, Els.

The diameter of the plate is 20 cm, and the initial distance between the pressure plate and the bottom is only about 3.5 cm. It may not be suitable for you.
