Can the mounting brackets be moved along the rail to match where the wall studs are or are they in a fixed position?
Ie: Are the holes pre drilled on the tube for the mounting brackets and if so, how far from the ends are they?
The safety bracket is fixed, and the mounting hole is 110mm from both ends.
